1. How to see the status of my order?
Once order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
2. What are the shipping costs?
We are happy to offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $400. Delivery charges are applied to products shipped to the United States.
3. What is the expected shipping time?
Standard shipping within North America is approximately 7-10 business days. Please note possible delays due to Covid-19 on behalf of the carrier.
4. Do we ship internationally?
Only shipping within North America is currently available. We hope to start shipping internationally in the near future.
